Booking in a pro bono move

We partner with a variety of not-for-profit organisations, offering pro bono moving services to help them with their good work.

If a not-for-profit calls up trying to get a pro bono move done, you can have a look and see what the agreed deal is.

The paperwork for each is located in the folders below

General rules are: 1. Check we partner with this organisation already (look in the folder) 2. We need to book these in on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday (quiet days, so we don’t miss out on paying customers). 3. Half a day max (i.e. 4 hours total time max, ideally) 4. If it looks likely to run more than 4 hours total time, apply a discount of four hours working time, and grab credit card details/arrange to invoice the balance after the job is done. 5. Reiterate to them that we need a social media shout-out in return for the free/discounted move. They should already be across this. Ask them to take a picture with our movers, and share it on their FB/instagram.
