Management update

• Cranbourne lines being painted on the 16th

• Working on replacing crosshatached ramps, 3 x new (old) ramps being made by prestige. 

• Anthony to talk to Richie about yellow line marking on ramps (sides, middle, martks for balance point)

• Man's message, bring in white tub.

• Anthony to check boxes with Richie on Friday

• Tim to make 'showbag' board with exploded white box contents

• Replace perpetrator with 'other party'

• Make more generalised terms that may change ie: Filemaker

• Change wording "Despite the fact that we hold ourselves out as being highly physically capable, we're just there to move furnitre not to physically intervene or become personally involved in the situation."

• Add wording "If at any time you fell that you, your teammates or a member of the public are in danger calll 000"

Review of Workplace Health Safety Injury/Incident statistics and data (report below minutes)

• Decmeber more moves done, less injuries per capita

• from 5 to 0 cuts and abrasions Nove-Dec

• overall positive injury trend

• Should be able to reduce slips, trips and falls

• Matt and Tim to start enforcing safety boots

• Review the yellow tread ramps, worker slipped in workboots resluting in bad.

• Anthony & Tim did walkthrough of new depot, discussed layout of pedsestrian passageways, suggested limiting access to truck parking from one spot (safety chains)
