Proposal to shift from monthly to quarterly or biannual meetings for broader reviews.

Decision: Remove OHS from monthly committee meetings and include it in broader discussions. Added to the toolbox.

Motion passed to appoint Lance Gannon as new HSR

Proposal to stockpile additional high-vis vests in multiple locations within trucks.

Discussion on initiating an awareness campaign as daylight hours shorten.

Investigation into a dusk-time automated message reminder.

Review of gym equipment; request for intermediate-weight kettlebells.

Proposal for individual, refillable bottles of sunscreen and hand sanitizer.

Balcony lifts: No updates from WorkSafe.

Injury report

February saw a significant drop in injury reports compared to January.

One report requiring medical attention; the individual has since returned to work.

No notable lifting-related injuries.
