• Under an interim governing arrangement with NSW/QLD branch

• New hiring of under younger more diverse union management

• Bringing over NSW structures to VIC

• Setting up a member services centre, there for individual issues

• Staffed with legal staff, ex-delegates, based in the office with time to help

• Frees up organisers to get in the yard talking to people

• More legal staff coming on

• Member fees, assets etc stay in VIC

• New beanies, just in time for summer
