Management wants to clarify the scope and eligibility of various allowances, such as those for policy writing or depot management.
Tim also expressed the need for stronger language in the EBA around PPE compliance, particularly regarding safety footwear.
Rob proposed creating a platform for staff to submit ideas for improving the system and mobile app.
Management strongly supported this suggestion.
