Daniel recounted a suitable example of discrimination where customer behaved in a different manner to him than to his team-mate and then only addressed his team-mate. Best way for team-mate to respond is to just check-in and point out the strangeness
Workshopped best ways to get across message including different forms of discrimination eg accent
Discussion around reworking the anonymous reporting form to also solicit stories of discrimination for us to workshop into training material
All D&I members to suggest an alternative hold music track for the phone system
