How to move forward with getting the policy quiz finished by most staff
If you haven’t done the quiz, you can’t come to the christmas party
You can do it on arrival
Reminder in mans message about xmas party, include details of quiz
Hold spot at end of day to see management to complete the quiz
Automated reminder emails
Staff must go back and get 100% to pass - Agreed by committee
Yearly review of policy
When policy gets updated, then staff will get retrained

Pay the rent donation at christmas party
Man With A Van Christmas party is coming up on 25th of Jan. There's a public holiday the following day. We remind you that this is a day of mourning for some first nations australians, Although we’re celebrating our 2023 year of business that night, Keep the wellbeing of your first nations and indigenous colleagues and co workers at the front of your mind at this time when you’re talking about the issues of Australia Day being celebrated on 26 of January. We’re using this day to celebrate whilst others are in mourning, so keep that in mind. As part of our discrimination and harassment policy, we require:
All Man With A Van staff must treat others with dignity, courtesy and respect. This is always important, but extra important at this time.
