Pianos contain a very heavy cast iron harp. The cast iron component is smaller in upright pianos but you’re still looking at around 200kg minimum. This is more than you really want to be manually handling - it requires specialist gear. Specialist knowledge is also required to give the instrument a quick tune-up after it has been handled. We recommend Lachlan Brown Piano Tuning and Moving
Billiard tables used to be made from wood, but over time the playing surface would warp. The solution to this was to make the table base from slate, which holds its form much better over the lifetime of a table. This design choice does mean that these items are generally 200kg or over, and risk damage if transported without dismantling them - a process best left to specialists. We recommend Harry Evans and Sons, based in Fitzroy, to relocate billiard tables.
Putting a gas bottle in the back of a truck is a massive safety risk. https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=277873096246244
There's a chance it could result in an explosion, with serious consequences, potentially including death. Gas bottles always need to be removed and transported separately. The same goes for mowers and other petrol or diesel tools (unless fully emptied beforehand).
Recommend that the customer takes this item in their car, and that they look into how to do it safely first.
