Deliveries of donated furniture

From time to time we get enquiries from members of the public who have heard that we do free pickups of furniture to be donated. It’s most likely that they’ve heard we partner with various charities and they’ve joined the dots incorrectly. In this situation, we should explain:

• We partner with organisations to donate delivery of items that have already been donated to them. We pick up the items from the not-for-profit and deliver to the recipient

• We can also deliver donated items from individuals to not-for-profits, but these jobs are charged normally
