• Matt, Sascha, Thom, Dylan to test new decision making tool and input data from original flow chart

• Test against common scenarios to see if it works

• Put out to office staff to test

• Take to OHS committee on 3/10/23

• Tim will provide suggested edits for readability

• Tim to provide Alba with style guide

Alba Ergo risk review

• Alba will create a better version of MWAV Dynamic risk assessment page and include it in the next draft of the Hazardous manual handling policy and procedure document 

• Alba have completed the risk assessments and provided potential risk control measures. 

  • MWAV needs to review those suggestions and provide feedback on each

  • MWAV needs to provide info on risk control measures we currently implement, including photos if possible

  • Matt will do this before Wed 6/9. 

• Tim will provide an edited version of the draft Hazardous manual handling policy and procedure document to make it more readable. Alba will review to ensure we don't miss anything. 

Once the above is done, Alba will start creating a training program for our MWAV staff trainers.
