Management update
Shoulder dollies - ordered more, phasing out small ones - Tim has reordered. Placement in trucks is fine according to the OHS Committee
Small chemical safety storage cupboard ordered for cranbourne - Installed and filled
Replace grass with gravel (Cranbourne) - backlog - Anthony has investigated. JB is installing a fence, parking for XL truck is contentious. Jack to take an XL down to Cranbourne and test parking
Fix XL carpark - Tim to arrange digger.
Auto front door opener to be installed. Done. Door can close too quickly for staff with mobility issues (crutches for example). Motion-activated sensor could be considered?
Trey checking trucks on Tuesday's. This has been happening. Thom to be put on a depot shift to check this is progressing.

Privacy move phone staff require training - Lucy implored management to improve the speed of rollout. All phones staff have been trained, Road staff training booked for 22/10, to be delivered by Sasha and Driz

Earlier start time and more prompting please (train the trainers) - Happening, with the exception of day 5. Extra reminder at end day of 4 about expectations for day 5.. PLEASE DO THIS MORE OFTEN!
Health & Safety reps update
Thom: its going well. Truck door stop rubbers have been replaced on most vehicles
Text to go out on windy days reminding staff to strap the door open. This needs to be added to induction as truck door stop rubbers can fail in high winds.

Ramps continue to be a source of injury at MWAV
Suggestions include: use visual cues to ensure alignment
Use good lifting technique when getting ramp in and out
Consider a flexible edge alignment eg tape, gaffer, plastic

No pedestrian access signs to be put up More signage about staff remaining out of truck until cab has exited
