Discussion around classification ownership:

  • Staff being asked to hold customer cards for phone payments.

  • Confirmed: Not necessary—team reminded to pass phone to customer instead.

• Update internal complaints policy

• Key info sign on computer: team names, vehicle name and size, phone number in the app (bring back print out?)

• Toilet Etiquette

  • Ongoing issues with unflushed toilets and blockages.

  • Suggestion (half-joking) for “toilet sign-in sheets.”

  • No real solution agreed upon; general frustration acknowledged.

• CCTV Use Policy

  • Cameras in all common areas for safety/security.

  • Clarified: no audio recording unless explicitly enabled.

  • Concerns raised around camera usage for petty issues (e.g., dirty dishes).

  • Reminder: If assigned to give toolbox injury summary, be prepared—even if not formally rostered.

Findings of workplace inspections if any

Injury report

• March was injury-prone—mostly minor back injuries from awkward lifts (e.g., dryers, boxes).

• Discussion on:

  • Importance of proper technique for all items, heavy or light.

  • Residual injuries from busy Christmas period still affecting some.

  • Suggestion to revive Stretch Club on less busy days.
