Injury report

• Hours worked per injury is total number of hours worked divided by injuries

• Lost time injury per 10000 hours more informative stat than number of injuries

• Low injury rate considering influx of new workers

• Moving equipment can create a hazard when placed in the wrong spot - dos & don'ts - man message JT

• MW to create fancy 3D xmas pie chart annual injury report for next month
