Injury reports - What the Group Wants to Know (proposed KPIs/fields)

• Injury details: type, body part, severity (e.g., zero-day/LTI), avoidability flag (for later review).

• Job context: item type (e.g., fridge, marble table, archive boxes), dimensions/material, estimated weight, location constraints.

• Operational conditions: date/time, weather (rain/wind), surface conditions.

• Worker context: tenure, age bracket (for trends only), training status (induction complete? manual-handling refreshed?).

• Workload signals: hours worked in prior 7/14 days; shift type; season.

• Controls used: equipment taken/used (glass cups, dollies, marble trolley once available), team size, tail-lift required/used.

• Booking prompts: whether booking system flagged special equipment/extra staff (and whether followed).

• Outcomes: days lost, restrictions, return-to-work date.
