Shoulder dollies - Arrived, Tim putting into trucks this week
XL's in Cranbourne, need to do more testing. Likely solution will be backing XL's off Camms Rd with Offsider using stop sign
Auto front door opener to be installed. Done. Door can close too quickly for staff with mobility issues (crutches for example). Motion-activated sensor could be considered? - Tim to investigate
Large poster of stretches to be put up next to gym in Abbotsford. Has been done in Cranbourne. Jack to do.

Ramps - MW presented ramp stats:
Misstep most common reason for injury
Rate of injury has climbed slowly over past six years, possibly due to increased reporting
6% of all injuries are ramp related
Ramp injuries probably more debilitating
Less slips this year since resurfacing
Less handling injuries (better training)
Majority of injuries due to mis-steps
Get rid of the ramps?

Offsiders to exit truck at Nelson st and guide truck into spot. That has been happening and seems to be working well.
No pedestrian access signs to be put up More signage about staff remaining out of truck until cab has exited
Offsider to walk in front to the left of truck when exiting, gets in the truck at cooke st.
