Management update

• Shoulder dollies - ordered more, phasing out small ones

• Small chemical safety storage cupboard ordered for cranbourne

• Replace grass with gravel (Cranbourne) - backlog

• Fix XL carpark - Kerrod can remove foliage

• Auto front door opener to be installed

• Trey checking trucks on Tuesday's

• Thomas Ledgerwood ensuring all trucks are checked

• Privacy move phone staff require training - Lucy implored management to improve the speed of rollout

• Sasha and Driz have completed the policy

• Driz has been doing individual training, all phone staff being trained

• Train the trainer booked for next Tuesday 8-12. 22 staff coming.

• Last or second last with ergonomist, then Dr's Windsor and Tandy to taker over. Cranbourne staff to come and train too.

• Earlier start time and more prompting please (train the trainers) - Happening, with the exception of day 5. Extra reminder at end day of 4 about expectations for day 5.

Health & Safety reps update. Updates on legislation, codes of practice, guidance materials

• TL made a great spreadsheet

• TB to remove redundant warning, it is morning manager's responsibility to check for weather warnings and message crew accordingly. But helpful for other staff to remind / prompt them.

• Crew to be warned about strapping back doors on windy days

• Sarah to add the BOM to homepage set

Review of Workplace Health Safety Injury/Incident statistics and data

• Back to 'normal' LTIR 3.12

• No workcover claims

• Hand crush lucky near miss/strike

• Rename mental to psycho social

• If job is being booked by third party phone staff to ask if it's ok to add this information for road staff. If not, simply put in private notes 'booked by third party'. This is in the hope of preparing road staff for potentially difficult moves.

• Crush injury - more info to come from MW

• Two Cran long term injury staff returning soon. Another not until end of year.

New, emerging or ongoing hazards or risks, new issues

• Offsiders to exit truck at Nelson st and guide truck into spot

• No pedestrian access signs to be put up

• Offsider to walk in front to the left of truck when exiting, gets in the truck at cooke st.

• Shout loudly when guiding

Findings of workplace inspections if any

• Graeme and Pez did Cranbourne safety inspection:

• Concerns re parking lines, non-issue

• Rear parking spot needed tidying up - Jake sorted

• Lines will need to be painted when we're happy with line placement

• No rules around walkway widths

• Motorcycle guy will be given a special spot

• Blanket stacks are deemed safe

• Mugs are deemed safe

• Rear roller door needs love

• Cable management sorted

• Compressor hose has been stowed safely

• Mirrors need to be appropriately and safely demolished

• Hi viz tape has been applied to server platform

• New inspection to be done when workshop area done

• MW said inspections are worthwhile, and JJ agreed

• Phone cables create psychosocial issues
