"What even is the point of the suggestion box when we just get the same 20 stock responses - all of which basically lead to no. The phones are cooked. Customers should not be told riding with us is an option. Basketball poles do not directly correlate with broken lights. Milk in the kitchen and defective appliances should generally just be replaced. None of these are ridiculous requests and all of them should be met with some level of compromise. We are literally breaking our backs for this job. I love working here, but reading the attitude of management via the newsletter kinda makes that hard sometimes. Big love"
