Draft policy agreed upon, to go to OHS for final say.
Policy page had been updated with WorkCover psychological injury information.
Link to the internal complaints wiki page at bottom of policy for reference when an impasse is reached around an outcome of an incident report.
(If there is an impasse) When an incident has occurred and a job is booked for the customer the next day (or before next OHS meeting) the OHS committee is to discuss and vote on what to do with the customer. Committee members to be text to weigh in on whatsapp. If there is no future move booked or it is booked after next meeting the committee will discuss it there.
Discussion around how/where to report incidents and wording of it.
Tim will talk to computer people about getting the incident report/psychological incidents included in the injury report form.
If this is not possible the current system will stay in place with updates to the form (removing of the severity level and including a section where it can be noted what actions were taken by staff).
Create a homepage for all types of incident reports (broken item, injury, vehicle accident, safety issue, etc.) that redirects to relevant form. One link is easier to advertise and remember, less to update on policy pages.
The wording and title was updated on the anonymous reporting form (formally known as "cooked job" report) for logging inappropriate behaviours or incidents to reflect the serious nature of the report.
Adding a note on the above mentioned report for the reporter to outline if the would like follow up or something to happen.
