• The wages we earn are higher for all staff and higher still if you get the tenure allowance because of the EBA

• Tenure allowance is added to your rte after having worked 2000 hours as acknowledgment of greater experience

• EBA negotiation will be starting next year

• Consultation will be done before and demands brought to management
